The village is situated on the hill with landscape view, mt 90 high, mt 900 far from sea coast and mt 1.200 from the thin sand beach. The hill is land free not far away from Vieste town center; the hill sees the town and the sea on one side and Umbra Forest on the other side.

Special week-end: three days and 2 nights € 60,00 per person in May, June and September; € 80,00 per person in July; the prices don’t include final set up villa, sheets and towels;

Extra bed is free of charge while periods A/B/C, and € 70, 00 while periods D/E
Extra charge:
Club cart € 20, 00 per person. Less than 3 years old free of charge
Final villa set up € 30, 00 per villa
€ 100, 00 as deposit when you check in. We will give it back to you when you check out.

Facilities:
Washing machine: € 5,00 per laundry
Half board or full board: for further information call the club house
Bad linen: € 10,00 per person; Towels: € 4,00 per person
TV set: € 10,00 per TV per week
Second car park € 4,50 per day; second motorbike park € 2,50 per day

Typical pizzeria

All brickwork villas have equipped kitchen, king size bed and sofa double bed, cupboards and wardrobe, a large veranda with table and chairs. There are cold and warm water and heater. For bigger family the villas can become xxx
At your arrival we will give you a “club cart” that let you allowed to use village’s facilities as:
1.outdoor swimming pool area, showers, bar and two folding beds per villa
2.bowls court and kid garden
3.Outdoor car park. One car per villa
4.shows
5.electricity, water, gas and heater
6.Private beach 1.300 mt from the village, with one beach umbrella, one deck chair end one beach bed per villa, bar, life guard and showers. There no shuttle bus to the beach.

Villas are available on Saturday at h. 16.00 until next Saturday at h 10.00
The villas could be available on Friday or Sunday only on request.
When you arrive at the village, please leave you passport, pay off the holiday and € 100, 00 deposits.
Our employees on duty will check the villas on Saturday morning before you leave it between 8.00 to 10.00.
Please leave the villas as well as you find it, particularly the bathroom and the kitchenette. If you miss it you’ll pay a fine as the double of the price of “villa set up”
We need a deposit of 30% of holiday to book.
We accept cancel only 30 days before your holiday, and we’ll give you back only the 50%, or we can save the deposit for a new guest you suggest.
